    Can I order items that are not in your catalog?
    We can special order most items related to the fire protection equipment industry.  Please see our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information.
    Do you charge for drop-ships to a third party?
    We do not charge for drop-ships.

    Monday -- Friday
    7AM – 6PM EST
    Where are you located?
    Our main warehouse and office is located at 111 Squankum-Yellowbrook Road, Farmingdale, NJ  07727.  Our Midwest warehouse is located just outside of Indianapolis, IN at 7192 N. County Road 200 W. Sprinport, IN.
    How do I place an order?

    How late can I order for products to be shipped the same day?
    Orders received by 3:30 PM Eastern Time will usually ship the same day.  In certain emergency situations, arrangements can be made to ship same-day UPS as late a 5:30 PM Eastern Time.   Please contact us for more information.
    What if I need parts after hours or on weekends?
    In certain emergency situations arrangements can be made for pick-up of parts earlier or later than our normal operating hours and on weekends.  Contact us for more information.
    Do you have a minimum order?
    We have no minimum order level.  We are here to help you service your customers and will process both your large and small orders.
