How late can you ship product by UPS?
Orders received by 3:30 pm ET will generally ship the same day.  In certain emergency situations arrangements can be made to ship same-day UPS as late as 5:30 pm ET.  Please speak to a Sales Associate should the need arise.

What if I need parts after hours or on weekends?
In certain emergency situations arrangements can be made for pick-up of parts earlier or later than our normal operating hours and on weekends.  Please speak to a Sales Associate should the need arise.

Do you have a minimum order level?
We have no minimum order level.  We are here to help you service your customers and will process both your large and small orders.

Do you charge for drop-ships to a third-party?
We do not charge for drop-ships.

Can I order items not displayed in your price list or on your website?
